Manage your holiday property

1. Create a free Pea-Pod account ▾

   Name, email and password are enough. You will get an email with a confirmation link; one click activates the account right away. After that, enter your brand name and your preferred domain under “Settings” – your website will need both.

2. Enter a few basic details about your property ▾

   Name, town and country, the type of accommodation, how many guests fit in and what a night costs. Season prices, discounts and extra costs can be added at any time later.

3. Upload at least 3 images and assign them to rooms ▾

   Three images are the minimum, and one of them has to be the cover image. Under “Room names” you set how many rooms of each type there are – living room, bedroom, kitchen and so on; then you assign every image to a room. Your website's galleries are built from that assignment.

4. Write a short text describing the property ▾

   A few sentences are enough. Pea-Pod translates them automatically into every language of your website – you write the text once, in your own language.

5. That is all the preparation there is!
6. Choose a template, font and colour theme for your website ▾

   Pick one of the templates (more are in preparation), plus font and colour theme. A preview appears right below it. Take your time trying them out: your choice is only kept once you actually export with it.

7. Click “Start export” to create your own website for direct bookings ▾

   The export runs in the background and may take a few minutes. You can follow it in the status display.

8. “Public preview” takes you to your new website ▾

   Once the export has finished, the website is available straight away – with calendar, prices and booking form. Fully working. Try it out: make a booking request on your new website.

   Please note: the site is publicly reachable at “mydomain.pea-pod.eu”, but Google does not find or index it. That means nobody can come across it on the internet. For that you have to register your own domain, or copy your new Pea-Pod website to your provider if you already have a domain of your own.
